請求金額間違え（過剰請求）ていても何の連絡もしてきません
担当者に電話してもはぁ～そうですか～はぁ～笑、くらいで謝罪無しで最低です
現場で健診してくれる人たちはみんな親切で良い人です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 健康診断の予約をしようとしたが電話が全く繋がらない。繋がっても「空き状況みて折り返し電話します～…」で、それっきり。電話の受付対応が最低。結局、他のネット予約出きる所を予約したので診察が良いのかは不明。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方や看護師さんは感じが大変良かったですが、胃カメラの先生は腕があるのかないのか、かなり苦しくて死にそうでした。もう行きません。

聞き返すときに「あぁ！？」ってヤンキーみたいに言われてびっくり。
時間も書いてある時間帯に行ったのに遅刻みたいなことを一方的に言われて納得できなかった。

接種後の15分待機の場所を管理していた、K村S美さんという方が、別の予約者が10分程度遅れて到着したところ、「えー！来たのー！嘘でしょー！！！」と全体に聞こえる声で発せられたことに驚きました。
よほど早く帰りたかったのか、受付時間内に到着した予約者に悪態をつくくらいなら退職されたら良いかと思います。
