栗	栗原一民 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13時頃に行きました。手指消毒ありました。席が離れてるのでアクリルボードはありません。ランチタイムメニューの中から選びました。全く初めてなので見た目で鶏肉を選びました。先にご飯と玉子半分とスープが出てきました。間もなくメインが出てきました。写真で見た時に温かい料理と思っていたのですが、出てきた料理は冷たかったんです❗️ 初めての料理だからしょうがないです。味はピリ辛です。鶏肉の下にモヤシとナッツが入っていてアクセント的な感じです。ご飯はお椀が小さめですがギッシリ詰まっています。スープには鶏肉がやわらかく煮込まれていて歯がいりません。そしてスープの味は辛い。油断してました。胡椒でしょうか…七味の辛さではないです。店員さんもですが他のお客さんも日本語で話してないので上海本場の味なんでしょうね。ごちそうさまでした。 I went around 13:00. t	takahiro arai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼食利用。蝦仁葱油拌麪と羅宋湯を頂きましたよ。むき身の海老がのった油そばは海老の風味とひき肉の旨味が美味しかった。麺ももちっとしか歯応えです。ルオソンスープは中華版ボルシチと言われるものでビーツではなくトマトベースの酸味ある仕上がり。生姜が入っていてホカホカになれます。美味しゅうございました。実直な上海料理が堪能できるお店ではないかと。他のメニューも気になるのでまた寄ってみたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。 Use for lunch.
