★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご夫婦で運営されています。基本的に何を食べても美味しいです。味付けも辛め甘め等を伝えれば対応してくれます。夜利用の場合、一品一品の量が多いので、ハーフポーションがあればいいのですが（もし品数を食べたいのであれば、3人以上がおすすめです）。
 It is operated by a couple. Basically it is delicious no matter what you eat. The seasoning will respond if you tell them the spicy sweetness. For night use, the amount of each item is large, so half a portion is enough (if you want to eat more than three people are recommended).

夏場の名物冷やし中華は絶品、必食。移転前の本郷三丁目で常連だった人がわざわざこれを食べに来る。また五目炒飯は贅沢に使っている高級具材の種類の多さでまさに五目。コスパ高い。
たった10席しかないので、昼時はフライングで来るべき。
チャイニーズのおじちゃんおばちゃんは昔NYで店をやっていたという奥深い歴史が。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニューにチャーシューうまに御飯950円と書かれていましたが実際の会計では1030円を請求されました。
そんなことは書かれてはいませんでしたが 、税抜き価格が表示されていたようです。 スタッフのおばちゃんが税金がどうのこうのと ぼそぼそと付け加えていました。
店内はかなり狭く 10人ぐらいで満席だと思います。狭いので 椅子に座るときもテーブルや他の椅子を動かしながら座りました。隣で食べていた人との距離も近すぎて居心地悪かったです。
味は普通の味です。
しかしあの味であの値段となると高すぎるように思います。
ややがっかりしたので星二つです。

夜も昼も行っています。
どれをとっても美味しいです。
アラカルトでも全然高くなく、コストパフォーマンス最高です。
ランチは6種類位の定食、麻婆豆腐を付けられたりして食べ応え充分です。
チャーシューも出色で、甘味も食感も最高、うまに丼も美味しいです。
お店のおばさまはフレンドリーな接客で、常連さんも多数ですね。
One of my favorite restaurants.
I go there at night and day.
Everything is very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場のなかに埋れるようにある中華料理店。チャーシュウうまに御飯(1050円)が有名な店。たしかに焼豚の華やかな香り、大量の野菜に餡掛けと満足感の高い料理に仕上がっている。卵スープも程よい塩気。
ロケーションも面白く、料理もちゃんと美味しいので、水道橋に来訪時はぜひ寄ってみてほしい。

お店の名前は「本郷蘭亭」。5～6年ぶりに来たかな？仕事の都合で昔はよく食べに来ました。
注文したのは「焼きビーフン」と、、、昼まっから飲むビール??
昨日のように暑い日には、欠かせないです?️?️?️
サービスしてくれたのかな？
いつもより量が多め❗️ありがたい‼️ありがたい‼️
ン～??? 他の店で食べる「焼きビーフン」よりも味がしっかりしてるねェ～??? また、ショッバさもビールに合うショッバさ❗️
この微妙な塩加減に、ついつい唸ってしまいます❗️
