★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 憧れの筋肉食堂に初来店。地下にあり遅めのランチタイムだったが店内は多くのお客がいて待たされることはなかったがほぼ満卓だった。日替りの「鶏むね肉のナシゴレンソース(メニュー名あんまり覚えてない)」を注文し糖質を聞くと親切に教えてくれた。ランチセットは白米、玄米、キャベツのいづれかを注文でき、スープが付いてきます。
味は控えめの優しい味でした。糖質制限していてもこういうお店があると本当に助かる☺ありがたくいただきました。
 First visit to the longed-for muscle cafeteria. It was a late lunch time in the basement, but there were many customers in the store and I didn't have to wait, but it was almost full. When I ordered the daily "Nasi Goreng Sauce of Chicken Breast (I don't remember the menu name very much)" and asked about the sugar, he kindly told me. You can order white rice, brown rice, or cabbage for the lunch set, and the soup is included.
The taste was modest and gentle. Even if you have sugar restrictions, it would be really helpful to have a store like this ☺ Thank you.

Lean meat with a focus on low fat and protein! Delicious Hamburg steak. Recommend it with the fried egg! They also have take out options.
