T	TAKUJI I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水道橋はサラリーマンが多いこともあり、居酒屋や焼き鳥屋が多い。ある程度の年齢になると肉は牛や豚よりも鶏が良くなる。しかも唐揚げや照り焼きより焼き鳥が胃にも舌にもしっくりくる。この日はランチを食べようと水道橋界隈をぶらついていて、この店をみつけた。店構えは美味しい料理が食べられそうな雰囲気。早速入ってみよう。カウンターとテーブル席が少しある狭い店内。店の雰囲気も良く、これは期待できそうだ。焼き鳥は安価がウリのチェーン店から、炭火焼きの比較的高いものまで多岐に渡るが、この店はメニューを見ると少し高め。それでもランチは手が出る範囲内だ。鶏だしのラーメンと炭火焼き丼のセットを注文した。出てきた料理は、ボリューム感も良く、見た目にも美味しそう。ラーメンは細めの麺に出汁の効いたスープ。これはクセになりそうな味だ。美味しい！鶏の炭火焼きも秀逸。香ばしい香りの鶏にタレ。ご飯にも良く合って美味しい。この二品のバランスも良くて、両方とも完食。ランチのポテンシャルからみて、夜も間違いないと思っている。焼き鳥丼もラーメンも美味しくて昼時は並ぶのもうなずける。次回は夜一杯やってみたい。 Suidobashi has many office workers, so there are many izakaya and yakitori restaurants.
