★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔から三咲にある町のケーキ?屋さんです❗ここのモンブランは形が変わっていて、ドルチア特有の三角形になっています‼️
最寄り駅が三咲駅になり、歩くと10分くらいかかります。ただ細い道を何度か曲がりながら行くので、分かりにくく本当に地元御用達のケーキ屋さんだと思います。
ここに来るとモンブランは外せません。モンブランにはプレーンモンブラン、チョコレートモンブラン、プレミアムモンブランと、いくつかありますが、どれも美味しいです❗
それとカントリーチーズもオススメで、甘さ控え目でチーズの風味もして、コーヒー☕と合います。変わり種ではチョコの延べ棒(ガトーショコラの棒状)があり、これもオススメです❗スライスして冷凍しておくと、自然解凍でいつでもチョコレートケーキが食べられるので、家に常備しています❗
店内にテーブルが2~3卓あり、パフェやコーヒー☕が飲食できます。
クリスマスの時期になると、予約したホールケーキを取りに来たりモンブランを買いに来たりする地元のお客さんで、にぎやかな雰囲気になります。
