白いウェディングケーキのようなデザイン。

この店に頼んで良かったと思えた瞬間でした。
お祝いで名門ホテルの役員を務めた方も出席され、このケーキを食べて頂きましたが、本当に美味しいとおかわりまでされる程のレベルです。
白いケーキは白寿の意味ですよね。
次の目標を頂きました。ありがとうございます。
金粉までまぶして頂き、それはそれは豪華でした。本当のサービスに出会える店です。
お渡ししたお金より使わせてしまったのではないかと申し訳ない程の仕事をなさるお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前にたべて美味しかったかな？って記憶があったから寄りました?駐車場完備。
お店は広く焼き菓子やハンドメイド作品？等もありました。閉店少し前でしたがケーキの種類はそれなりにありました。
イートインスペースもありますが、コロナの関係で今は利用不可。
見た目にも惹かれるケーキが多かったので二人で三種購入。
帰宅後たべてみました。とても美味しくクリームも甘すぎず大好きな味。工夫もあり楽しく美味しく食べれました。

モンブランは甘さ控えめです。人によっては甘さが物足りないと感じるかもしれません。
大きさは小さめです。
高津チーズは濃厚なチーズの味がしており、モンブランより甘さもあって美味しかったです。
ただ一口サイズで、やはり小さいです。
もう少し大きくなるか、値段が下がれば満足度が上がります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手土産を買いに伺いました。ケーキ?もありましたが、ドーナツ?と焼菓子がメインで飾ってあったので購入。味がわからなかったのでドーナツ?のバニラを買い味見をしてみました。バニラの香りは、あまりしませんでしたが程よい甘味丼と柔らかさがあり美味しいと思います。

お値段的にもリーズナブルなのに、甘すぎず、フルーツがみずみずしくあっさりとしていて神戸っぽいケーキ。
お店の雰囲気も可愛らしく、店員さんも可愛く上品な感じで、ゆっくりお買い物でき居心地が良かったです。
