★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 閉店間近に行きました。人気店だと思いますが全然ならばずにすぐに買えました。買うときにテイクアウトかすぐに食べるか聞いてくれて私はテイクアウトにしました。ショッパーが透明な袋に全体的に黄色いアクセントが入ってかわいいです。
家に帰ってからトースターで３分くらい温めてから食べてみました。外のタルトはカリッとしていてほのかに甘みがあり、中のチーズはスフレになっていてふわふわなのにしっかりチーズの味がありました。見た目はしっとりぎっしりしているのに不思議なふわふわ感です。
イートインスペースがないのでテイクアウトのみになりますが、お土産用としてかなり活躍してくれそうです。

After I got home, I warmed it with a toaster for about 3 minutes and then ate it. The outside tart was crispy and sweet, and the inside cheese was souffled and fluffy but it had a firm cheese taste. It looks strange and fluffy although it looks moist and full.
There is no eat-in space, so it is only take-out, but it seems to be quite useful for souvenirs.

北海道産のクリームチーズを使用したタルトはふわっととろける口どけがたまりません。
タルト生地は丁寧に二度焼きあるためサクサク!
お土産に喜ばれます。
