バ	バルス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供達にジビエ料理を食べさせたく訪問しました。評判通り、ご夫婦の感じも良くて何だか田舎の親戚の家に行った様でした。ほうとうは、山梨で何箇所か食べた中で味、量、具材共に1番家庭的で懐かしい「本物」のほうとうでした。昔祖母が作る味と似ていてほっこりしました。ジビエ料理で今回は熊、鹿、猪を頂きました。子供達も臭みが無く食べやすいと初体験を満喫できました。女将さんからアルバムを見せて頂き、ただ食べるだけではなく、狩猟の様子を見て改めて命を頂く大切さも教えられました。店の味やご夫婦の優しさ、サービス、値段ともコスパも良く又食べに行きたい名店です。 I visited to have children eat Jibie food. o	ohc8855. ochiai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幹線道路から少々中に入った場所にお店があるので分かりづらいかも知れませんね！高台にあり見晴が良い処です。こちらのお店には、山梨県の郷土料理として有名な、生平うどんを土鍋で、カボチャ里芋や、ゴボウなどの野菜と煮込んだものを、［ほうとう］と云います。ちょっとだし汁は、小麦粉が溶け込んだ感じでとろっとしております。寒い季節には、身体の真から温まりますし、消化もよくて美味しかったです！また、こちらのお店には、名物の馬肉や猪肉の料理も提供して折ります！ It may be difficult to understand because there is a shop just inside the main road! b	baby miko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山梨のジビエ料理屋さんで、よねに勝るお店はないと思います。中でも鹿肉のしゃぶしゃぶ、熊肉の焼肉は家畜では味わえない美味しさを実感できます。干し柿の天ぷらもデザートにおすすめです。次回訪問時は、自家製のほうとうをいただきたいと思います。 I don't think there is a better restaurant in Yamanashi than Yone.
