★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十割蕎麦を頂きました。風味のある美味しいお蕎麦です。お出汁はとろろに合わせてなのか濃い目（辛め）に感じました。天婦羅も軽く揚がっていて美味しいです。蕎麦湯でも感じる水の良さが魅力の一つになっているのかもしれません。
まずは山葵とお蕎麦だけで食べてみることをオススメします。
I got 100% buckwheat noodles. It is a delicious soba with flavor. I felt that the soup stock was thick (spicy) to match the tororo. Tempura is also lightly fried and delicious. One of the attractions may be the goodness of the water that you can feel even with soba hot water.
First of all, we recommend that you try eating only wasabi and soba.

にしん・おつゆ共にしっかり甘めの味付けとなっており、お蕎麦そのものの味が感じられませんでした。
もっと素材の良さを引きした方がいいと感じます。
尚、コスパは余り良いとは思えませんでした。

結構硬めなよく冷えた蕎麦でのどごしより噛んで喰う感じ。蕎麦の香りはよう解らんかった。
辛味大根はあまり辛く無くわさびの方が強烈な辛味で旨かった。
レジで会計してた客が絶賛してたがそこまでなのか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AM11時半頃もうすでに駐車場は一杯でしたが何とか停めることが出来名前を書いて待つこと1時間
名前を呼ばれて注文して食事が運ばれて来るまで30分
今までないぐらい最高時間でした。天ぷら盛りそばを注文しましたが蕎麦は美味しかったんですが天ぷらは少し冷めてベチャッとしてて胸焼けしました。
今まで天ぷらはふわふわサクサクだったのにショックです。
接客の方が1人だったので仕方ないですが長時間待たされて次回も行こうかどうしようか悩みます。

天ぷら蕎麦を注文しましたが、蕎麦自体もこだわりを感じ、喉越しも良くとても美味しかったです。天ぷらも、一つ一つの品が上質で素晴らしかったです！
とても満足するものでした！
