しかし、地方自治体のコンプライアンス違反を訴えても、業務改善等の命令もしない。地方自治体の監督官庁で有るにも関わらず、あるまじき怠慢では⁉
例:個人の土地を、市道の拡張等で、地形及び用途変更して、市道と使用し、6ｹ月以内に登記変更しなければならない法律が有るにも関わらず、罰則規定が無いため、意図的に(中には担当者の怠慢も有る。)登記変更しない地方自治体が有る。(行政相談員の話では、かなりの地方自治体で長年行われているらしい)
当然、固定資産税は、市道と使用しながら、登記変更していない為、個人に請求。
また、法務省で、管理している地図も、長年にわたり、あちらこちらで、登記変更していない為、現状とかなり食い違って来ている。これでは、何の為の地図⁉️
行政相談員は、何ら権限も無いと言い訳、取り纏め部署は、地方分権を持ち出し、地方自治体を監督指導する立場に有りながら、何もしない。
業務怠慢に他ならない‼️

民間企業にたいしては、事有る事に、直ぐに業務改善命令をするのに❕
