★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 分かりにくい書面調査を頼んでおいて回答しなければ罰則ありとはずいぶん上から目線だな。しかも問い合わせのコールセンターは下請けの民間に丸投げ。当然下請け法の専門家がいるわけではない委託のコールセンターで正確な回答を完全にできるはずもない。税金をもらって働く公正を司る組織ならもう少し誠意をもって仕事しようや。
If you ask for an incomprehensible written survey and do not answer, there will be penalties and you are looking at it from above. Moreover, the call center for inquiries is thrown to the subcontracted private sector. Of course, a consignment call center that doesn't have a subcontractor expert can't give a complete answer. If you are an organization that controls fairness that works with taxes, let's work with a little more sincerity.
