★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナワクチン接触後、亡くなられてますね。世界でも亡くなられてます。ネットで見ましたが少し怖くなってきてます。今までは怖くなかったのですが、医療従事者の先生方の接触後の会話聞いていると怖くなかったのですが、今戸惑いがあって考えさせられます。安心感と恐怖感に迷ってます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新型コロナPCRとインフルエンザ定性を同日にやったら社保庁で切られて、その原因を調べたらレセコンでPCRの名称が｢多項目同時検出｣に変わってるのが理由らしく、レセコンの職員と当院の事務が勘違いしたのが保険局医療課発の通知である事が判明した。これは当院だけでなく、他の医療機関でも起きてる事だとレセコンの会社が言ってました。この事実を伝えるべく厚労省に電話したら地方の厚生局を案内され、たらい回しにあった。厚生局に話したら｢耳にタコ｣的な感じで、うちに言っても従ってるだけなんでという事しか言えないみたい。通達の発信源の番号を教えてくれましたが、ただの係員しか対応してくれなくて、ひたすら話を聞くしか出来てませんでした。謝罪とか今後どうするとか前向きな話がなかったので応対力ゼロです。これでも社会人か。

標記については、昭和33年6月6日厚生省発社第111号厚生事務次官通知を全面改正して新たに次のとおり定めることとしたので、生活保護法による保護の実施については、法令及び告示に定めるもののほか、この要領によることとされたい。
なお、本通知は地方自治法(昭和22年法律第67号)第245条の9第1項及び第3項の規定による処理基準であることを申し添える。
第9 保護の開始申請等
生活保護は申請に基づき開始することを原則としており、保護の相談に当たっては、相談者の申請権を侵害しないことはもとより、申請権を侵害していると疑われるような行為も現に慎むこと。

The first time I came here in 2015, I thought I was being interrogated for being a foreign spy. In 2017, the police guards and the workers here both have learned to smile. I still have issues with them but I would like to commend them for their efforts.
Edit: I still think many of them are neurotic... to the extent of requiring therapy. F bureaucracy everywhere... including Japan I guess. ‘ケンカ腰’ is probably the word to describe these guys best.
