★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝しか行ったことありませんが、朝にはいっているおばさんを中心に他のスタッフとそれはもう途切れることなく私語をしています。
レジに行ってもギリギリまで話し込んでいて少し待つことさえあります。
しかもおばさんに関しては私語中は笑っているにも関わらず、レジに入ると接客スマイルすらなく、レジが終わるとすぐに話し始めます。
田舎のコンビニということを除いても、接客業としてどうかと思います。
給料を貰っている自覚はありますか？
ここの担当者は見る目と指導力が無さすぎます。
