接客時は、複数の電話の応対などで、他社さんよりもとても忙しい感じではありましたが、最終的には、賃貸契約の初期費用がかなり抑えられたので、とても助かりました。共益費に相当するミニミニライフサポートは月3000円でした。現時点では、VODのサービスもついているみたいなので、落ち着いたら試してみようと思います。ありがとうございました。
