口調もワードチョイスも失礼ですし、そもそも会話が成り立ちませんでした。
一方的に会話を遮られます。
最後まで聞いていないのに決めつけで返答をしてきます。（pick up場所などのやり取り等）
利用者の名前を、の段階で、株式会社●●の、と言い始めたところで、弊社個人向けしかやっておりませんので無理です、と配車を断られました。
法人契約をしたいと言っている訳でもないく、社員の移動で利用したいだけだったので、”個人向け”の意味がわかりませんでしたが、会社の顔である電話口にコミュニケーションの取りにくい、失礼な態度の方を置いている時点でサービスの程度も知れると思い、予約するに至りませんでした。

I didn't mean that I wanted to make a corporate contract, I just wanted to use it for moving employees, so I didn't understand the meaning of "for individuals", but it was difficult to communicate with the telephone that is the face of the company. I didn't make a reservation because I thought that the degree of service would be known at the time when I was rude.
