と	とっくん3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで中延周辺の賃貸マンションを契約しました。最初は中延地域密着の会社かと思い、掘り出しもの物件を紹介してもらいたいとの思いで伺いましたが、非常に広い視野で色々な情報を提供していただきました。通勤地までの距離、部屋の広さを考えるときのポイント、隣人の音が響かない部屋選び、築年数の考え方などとても有益なアドバイスでした。他の人のレビューで、「手続きのところで雑な部分があった」という趣旨のクチコミがあったので、正直不安もありましたが、そんなことはなく、LINEベースに細かくコミュニケーションをとっていただき助かりました。担当の宮下さんありがとうございました。他の不動産屋さんと比べて、格式高いような、形式ばったところがないので、そのポイントを評価される方はレビューを低くつけられるかもしれませんが、自分にとってはアットホームな感じで良かったです。レビューもサクラがいるとコメントがありましたが、そんなことはなく、対応が良かったので自発的に書いている人が多いと思います。物件の管理会社さんとも、入居時期の点で様々に交渉していただいたので本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。 I signed a contract for a rental condominium around Nakanobu here.
