★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YouTubeの動画を見て早速行って来ました。11:30くらいに到着。すぐに座れましたが座った途端に続々来店客。サラリーマンがほとんどです。
海老イカ天丼セットのそば大盛を注文
天丼の味はちょっと濃いめですが美味しいです。
そばは硬めですが好みなので美味しく頂きました。
また行きたいお店になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ google maps での評価が高く投稿数も多かったので、お邪魔してみました。11時過ぎに入店すると、先客が2名居られました。多分常連さんだと思われます。メニューの冷たい蕎麦ページから、花が咲いたようなかき揚げが気になり、オーダーしました。提供は比較的早かったです。
蕎麦は手打ちと言うだけあって、適度に腰があります。蕎麦感も出ていて歯応えも良く、美味しいです。注目のかき揚げですが、かき揚げ本体の上に、小エビ天が乗っていて、食べてみるとぷりぷりしていて、中々いい感じです。かき揚げ本体は、サックサクの歯触りで、ジトジト系とは、一線を画す出来栄えです。大満足でした(^o^)

It's a noteworthy kakiage, but there is a small shrimp heaven on top of the kakiage body, and when I try to eat it, it's plump and it feels good. The kakiage body has a crispy texture and is a workmanship that sets it apart from the jitojito type. I was very satisfied (^ o ^)

店内清潔感がありとても良い。
店員さんの接客も素晴らしい。
もりそばは喉越しが良くつゆもうまい。
天丼は思ってたよりボリューミーで満足感高い。
贅沢を言えば、注文した料理が提供されるタイミングをもう少し合わせていただけると嬉しい。

カツ丼には、決まりの料理法がない。
どんぶりにカツがのっていればカツ丼だ。
味の付いたカツは、柔らかく食べづらさがない。
ごはんの上にタレ漬けのカツとその上に別調理のふわりとしたたまごにプロの仕事と納得しました。ご家庭では、無理でしょう。
丼もののごはんは、コシヒカリ最高。
お味噌汁も美味しい。
※ご飯の量が大盛りなので、少しごはんの量を減らして貰うとことが残さず食べれて良いと思います。
日曜日、2人 2,050円 コスパも良い。
I found a delicious katsudon.
There is no fixed cooking method for katsudon.
If there is a cutlet on the bowl, it's a katsudon.
The flavored cutlet is soft and not hard to eat.
I was convinced that the cutlet pickled in sauce on the rice and the fluffy egg cooked separately on it were professional work. It will not be possible at home.
The rice in the bowl is the best Koshihikari rice.
Miso soup is also delicious.
* Since the amount of rice is large, I think it's okay to eat it without leaving anything if you reduce the amount of rice a little.
Sunday, 2 people 2,050 yen Cospa is also good.

お肉は柔らかくて衣のサクサク感が
伝わってきました。
ご飯も、お肉も、卵も
全体的に良い感じの甘さに
仕上がっていました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石井街道、宇大正面の所から少し奥に向かって行くと綺麗なお店があります。駐車場は少し狭いですが車7、8台は駐車出来るかな？
店内は新しいようで、綺麗で清潔感があり小上がりも幾つかありプライバシーにも配慮したお店ですね?
初めてだったので、口コミで人気でもあるカツ丼セットを食べました、ふわふわの半熟玉子とお蕎麦屋さんの秘密の出し汁がとんかつとマッチしてとても美味かったです?セットの蕎麦もシコシコ腰があり絶妙なバランスで良く、デザートの葛切り美味しい！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オススメです。土曜日の12時前にお邪魔しました。初めての訪問でお蕎麦屋さんにも関わらず、口コミで評価の高かったカツ丼をいただきました。卵はとろっとろ、カツはサクサク、ご飯も美味しく、おすましも出汁がしっかり効いてて、満足度高かったです。
店員さんも丁寧な接客で好感が持てました。若干テキパキしすぎな感はありましたが、許容範囲内でした。
次回はお蕎麦をいただきに行きたいです。
I recommend it. I visited you before 12:00 on Saturday. On my first visit, I received a katsudon that was highly evaluated by word of mouth, despite being a soba restaurant. The eggs were thick, the cutlet was crispy, the rice was delicious, and the soup stock worked well, so I was very satisfied.
The clerk was also very pleased with the polite customer service. It felt a little too fluffy, but it was within the permissible range.
Next time I would like to go get some soba.
