Both uncle and aunt are very nice people. It's a great deal for lunch, but be sure to eat fried chicken! It's devilish with garlic soy sauce!

か	かえんびん（よた） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひやしたぬきうどんを頂きました。麺は程よくコシがあり、うどんにしては細めの麺でした。具は冷やし中華にわかめと天かすを足した感じで、とてもさっぱりしていました。国道123号線を宇都宮大学峰キャンパスから水戸方面に向かうと、左手側にあります。駐車場が2-3台分しかなく、右折で入るのはタイミング次第では厳しいかもです。店内は入って正面に広いお座敷(4-6テーブル)、右手に小さい小上がりの座敷(4テーブル)、カウンターが数席と、かなり入れるスペースがあります。メニューは蕎麦うどんが半々に、丼物、丼物と蕎麦うどんのセットメニューがあり、基本的には700～1000円程度。天ぷらなどになると高くても1500円といった感じです。高齢の店員さんの対応がとてもよく、昔の家を思い出す心地よい雰囲気でした。 I had a hyacinth noodle udon. 鈴	鈴木定光 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もりそば（手打ち）550円かけそば（同上）550円 2000年頃に開業した「手打ち蕎麦屋」さんです。栃木宇都宮市街地から車で30分程、駐車場完備。座卓中心の客室てキャパ20人くらい。女将の家庭的な雰囲気がいいです。 2022年3月下旬の週末昼間に訪問しました。セットメニュー求める顧客で賑わってます。「温つけそば（550円）」を頂きました。品書では「つけめん」と表記されてます。温汁に冷麺をつけて食する栃木県北ソウルフードの…ひたしそば風です。つけ汁は天かす＆みじん切り葱が一面にトッピングされてます。喉越し良い手打ち麺は、繋がり良く手繰り易いです。蕎麦産地は栃木産 2022年2月下旬の週末昼間に訪問しました。「かけそば（550円）」を頂きました。ワカメと蒲鉾がトッピングされています。丁寧な細切り手打ち麺が磯の香りの汁に…手繰ると体がホカホカに。別皿の小口切り葱を途中で入れて味変楽しみました。漬物は口直しに最適です。蕎麦品種は北海道産キタワセ（新そば） ♯手打ち蕎麦 Morisoba (handmade) 550 yen Kake soba (same as above) 550 yen It is a "handmade soba shop" that opened around 2000.
