それでいて、蕎麦も天ぷらもすごく美味しい。
個人的には100点満点です！
また来たいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所の人気蕎麦屋さんに久しぶり(2021.8)の訪問です。
13時ちょっと前に到着しましたが満席&3組待っている状況でした。
私は近所のため自転車で行きましたが車でこられる方は駐車場が６台程度しか置けないので道路に駐車待ちの列が出来ることも…。
席が空くのを待っている間に注文を聞かれ、ランチセット(ネギトロ丼セット800円)をオーダー。
席が空き着席し、セルフの水を用意したらすぐさま到着！
他の蕎麦屋さんに無い早さです。
これだけ早いとお客さんの回転もいいので、入店待ちのお客さんの数を見て帰らない方がいいですよ。
蕎麦はこしがしっかりありますが風味はそこまで感じられません。
ネギトロ丼と盛り蕎麦のきざみ海苔がけっこうな量でうれしい限りです。
今回はめんつゆの量が若干少なかったような気がしました。
それにしても相変わらずのコスパの良さには感心します。
人気店が近所にあって嬉しいです?
It's been a while since I visited a popular soba restaurant in my neighborhood (2021.8).
I arrived a little before 13:00, but it was full and waiting for 3 groups.
I went by bicycle because I was in the neighborhood, but if you can come by car, there can only be about 6 parking lots, so there may be a waiting line on the road.
While I was waiting for a seat, I was asked to order and ordered a lunch set (Negitoro bowl set 800 yen).
As soon as the seats are vacant and you have your own water, you will arrive!
It's a speed that other soba restaurants don't have.
If it's this fast, the turnover of customers will be good, so it's better not to go home after seeing the number of customers waiting to enter the store.
The buckwheat is firm, but the flavor is not so strong.
I'm glad that the amount of Negitoro bowl and chopped seaweed of soba noodles is quite large.
I felt that the amount of mentsuyu was a little small this time.
Even so, I am still impressed with the goodness of cospa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天せいろ900円を田舎そばに変更していただきました。天ぷらはサクッと油濃くなく蕎麦はコシがありとても美味しかったです。
宇都宮市内ではコスパ最強のお蕎麦屋さんだと思います。
I had you change the heavenly steamer 900 yen to the countryside. The tempura was not crispy and oily, and the soba was chewy and very delicious.
I think it is the strongest soba restaurant in Utsunomiya city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅地と言っていいエリアにあって、味とボリュームで他を圧倒するクオリティーです。いなかそばと普通のそばのハーフ＆ハーフのメニューもあります。
いなかそばはボリュームが増えてしまうので、一口でいいかなと思います。ハーフ＆ハーフにすると成人男性でも若干多いと思いました。なので、まずは普通のそばで、余裕があればいなかそばという楽しみ方がいいのかなと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宇都宮で食べれる、本格蕎麦。こんなに美味しいお蕎麦をリーズナブルに食べれるって驚きでした。何度もリピートしていますが、本当に美味しいです。日光や鹿沼も有名ですが、個人的にここがお勧めです。まだ訪れたことごない方は是非、食べて見てください。
Authentic soba that you can eat at Utsunomiya. I was surprised to be able to eat such delicious soba at a reasonable price. I've repeated it many times, but it's really delicious. Nikko and Kanuma are also famous, but I personally recommend this place. If you haven't visited yet, please try it.

席は満席で、少し待ちました。
気になっていた、「田舎そば」と「天麩羅盛り合わせ」を注文。
田舎蕎麦は「太切り」とメニューに書いてありましたが、もりそばの3倍くらいの太さがありました。
蕎麦の香りはあまり無く、蕎麦の歯ごたえの凄さにちょっとうろたえました…(こしが強いので、うどんみたいです)
田舎そばは、殻ごとひいてあるので、少しエグミはあります。
「もりそば」の方が喉ごしが良く食べられます。
田舎そばを注文していた人もいたので、好みだと思います。
天麩羅は、揚げたてサクサクで何も言うことがありません。
いつも美味しいです。
天つゆが付いてくるし、衣が薄いので胃が重くなりません。
天もりを頼むとエビが2匹付いてくるので、お得感があります。?
次は「玉ねぎの天麩羅」にチャレンジしてみたいです。

天せいろ(大盛)を頂きました。
細麺で蕎麦の風味がほのかに感じられ、さらっと食べられ?。
つゆは甘めで、しつこくないです。
山葵は本わさびが添えられていて?♂️
天婦羅は、海老２尾をはじめ茄子・蓮根その他、数種盛られていて量もちょうど良い?。衣はサクサクで、これまた申し分ないです。
昼前に伺いましたが、人気店の為か数分待たされましたが、待って食べるだけの価値アリです?
