T	Tora Kage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何箇所かの整形外科を回って大きな病院で検査が必要との事で紹介状を書いてもらい通院する様になりました。大きな病院なので予約して行っても予約の意味は全くありません。狭い椅子で待たされ症状が悪化したくらいです。待っている間に痛みが増す事を伝えても全く取り合って貰えず。嫌なら他の病院の紹介状書きますよ？との事でした。何箇所も通院してやっと改善出来ると思っていたので非常にムカつきました。私の場合は何度目かの通院の際、予約から2時間待たされ、ブロック注射をする為に血液検査が必要、それにさらに1時間待たされる。ブロック注射をするかもという話は前回の通院の際にもされてました。最初の待ってる時間で出来たのではと思います。大きな病院なので待つのはわかりますが、待たせて当たり前の姿勢自体はどうかと思います。サービス業ではないので接客どうこうとかは一切ありませんが、【予約】の意味を改めて認識して欲しいです。 I went to several orthopedic surgeries and was asked to write a letter of introduction because I needed an examination at a large hospital. The talk of giving a block injection was also made at the last visit. I think it was done in the first waiting time. It's a big hospital, so I know I'll wait, but I'm wondering if it's a natural attitude to wait. Since it is not a service industry, there is nothing to do with customer service, but I would like you to recognize the meaning of [reservation] again.

I told him I have consulted with the doctor in my country over phone and he said it’s some kind of infection so ask Japanese doctor to give antibiotics. He performed every test using all machines in his department and yet confused about the situation. Those tests costs me a lot. Then he consulted his superior who finally gave antibiotics. Then after some days I got back that infection and I asked over phone to this hospital if I should see this orthopedic doctor again and they said yes but when I went there they said orthopedic doctor can’t do anything if those symptoms reappear go to dermatologist! I asked them to prescribe same medicines because it was paining but they refused. I must say Japanese doctors are worst!!! They should practice more and learn more.
