★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40代の道場生です。空手はまったくの未経験でしたが4年間続いています。道場を見学した際に先生が子供や女性に対して丁寧に指導をしているのを見て入会を決めました。
壮年部の道場生は30代後半から60代前半がいます。フルコンタクト空手なので組手の稽古では痛いこともありますが、稽古が終わった後は皆さん和気あいあいとして楽しい雰囲気です。
稽古の成果は空手の大会に出場すると分かります。大会に出ると「また稽古頑張ろう」という気持ちになります。
I'm a dojo student in my forties. Karate was completely inexperienced but has been around for four years. When I toured the dojo, I saw the teacher carefully teaching children and women and decided to join.
Dojo students in the youth club are in their late 30s to early 60s. It is a full contact karate, so it may be painful to practice kumite, but after the lesson, everyone has a friendly atmosphere.
成果 You can see the result of the lesson by participating in the karate tournament. When I go to the tournament, I feel like I'll do my best again.
