★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムに訪問。豚角煮をチョイス。ホロホロと口の中でほどける角煮、煮豆、水菜、あおさのお味噌汁、お漬物、夢心地で美味しくいただきました。ご主人は京都で修業されたとか。毎週伺いたいお店です。
Visit at lunchtime. Choice of pork stew. We enjoyed the horn-boiled and simmered kakuni, boiled beans, mizuna, aosa miso soup, pickles, dreamy and delicious. My husband was trained in Kyoto. This is the store you want to visit every week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに鮎を食べました。ほろ苦さがたまりません。郡上の鮎だそうです。一杯ごとに銘柄の違う日本酒も飲めて、最高の夕食でした。
I ate sweetfish for the first time in a long time. Bittersweet is irresistible. It's Gujo sweetfish. It was the best supper, as I could drink different brands of sake for each cup.

ごはんのコースがいくつかあり、1万円のコース(10品)を選びました。
たくさんの旬の素材をふんだんに使っていました。とても美味しかったです。
店内は、カウンターとテーブルが2つ(2人席用と4人席用)
こんなとこにあるんだ！というような場所にあるお店で、とても穴場です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知る人ぞ知るお店です。平日ランチは本格的な和食店にしては2000円台と安めですが、手を抜かず予約時間に合わせて土鍋で炊き上げてくれます。焼き物揚げ物お浸し煮物が定食ではありますがしっかりと付いていて、夜の食材が余るとさりげなく出してくれることもあって採算がとれるのか心配になってしまうお店です。お店の雰囲気も数寄屋造風で美しいです。
