B	Brad Jin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本では滅多に経験できない、台湾現地寄りの味わい。品数は少ないものの、安くて美味い。餃子は8個で400円程度、スープは200円程度、サイドメニューも400円程度の価格帯。お腹いっぱいに食べても2000円を超えないのではないか。店内も清潔。今後も繁盛してほしい店だ。 A taste closer to Taiwan that you can not experience in Japan. 市	市川徳宏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ◾️餃子房ふーが今日は「うちみか別冊」に掲載されていた「餃子房ふーが」さんにやってきました。週の半分くらいしか開いていない謎の餃子店と書いてあり気になってました。(なぜ週の半分しか営業してないかというと仕込に1日かかるからだそうです。) お店は東海大学前駅のすぐそばにありますが、電車通勤の時代も含めて何十年もお店の前を通っていたのにも関わらず一度も立ち寄った事がありませんでした。餃子屋さんだというのは認識していましたが、私の中では餃子といったら栢山駅の近くにある「餃子屋」さんが定番なので、わざわざ立ち寄る事もなかったのですが、大磯農園の仲間の方が絶賛されていたので今回行ってみる事にしました！私達がいただいたのは「餃子8個」「水餃子8個」「角煮丼」「坦担飯」「薬膳スープ」でした。よくある定食屋さんにある「ザ・餃子定食‼️」といった感じの餃子ではなく、薬膳をたくさん使って身体が綺麗になっていくといったような女性が喜びそうで、ついつい通いたくなるような感じの味とお店の雰囲気でした。どれもとても美味しくて大満足でした❗️ご馳走さまでした‼️ ◾️ dumplings Today, I came to Mr. Gyozabo Fuga, who was published in "Uchimika Separate Volume". S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに特得セット1,100円を頂きました。メインが、豚角煮＋サラダと空芯菜炒めで共に素材の味を活かしてとても美味しい。スープは酸辣湯を選び、辛さはマイルドで、色々な具がたっぷり入って旨味たっぷりの絶品で個人的に一押しです。セットのデザートは、4種から選べて一番人気の杏仁豆腐を選び、これも風味良い。漬物も含め、全て丁寧に作られて美味しかった。今度は、薬膳スープにチャレンジしたい。営業日が少ないのは、仕込みに時間が切るためとの説明に納得。 I got a special set of 1,100 yen for lunch.
