他のお好み焼き屋では、そばダブルでもお腹一杯にはなりませんが、ここではパンパンになります。それだけボリュームもあってネギもたっぷり。

全体的にはコチラの評価になります。
まず良いところは、普通でもキャベツの量が多め、ネギも無料トッピングで満足度は高い！調理時間も短くて評価は出来る。
悪いところは、鉄板が全体が黒くて汚い！使ってるヘラもカスが付いたままで汚くて気持ちが悪い！それに前のお客様が使った鉄板をキレイに掃除しない！カスをよけるくらいなので衛生的には感じられなく、非常に気持ちが悪い！
次は、蒸し麺だから麺自体に味がないから、事前にソースや天かすをかけているが旨くない！あと調味料的な物をかけ過ぎるので気持ちが悪いし味が濃い！最後に、ここはあまり押さえないお好み焼きなので、食べる時にバラバラ崩れて食べにくい！以上の点で星２になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一口目に、徳用のもやしかソバにありがちな塩素っぽい匂い。ハズレか？と思って食べ進めるうちに、メチャクチャ美味しい。
目の奥がキューンってなる感じ。多分ソースなのかな。ネギの風味も相まって、もう最高。
来てよかった。また来たい。
【追記】あまりにも美味しいので、翌日も来訪。味は安定、気さくな店主でした。家族・友人・同僚を連れて来たい。ここのソースが欲しい。

麺は先にソースを絡ませ炒めてあるのか、油通ししてるのか大量に仕込んでいてます。
キャベツは確かに大盛り
このキャベツの量が焼くと言うよりも蒸して甘みとふんわりとした仕上がりなんでしょうね。
生地を焼く前にも油を鉄板にまわさない。
なので、油でギトギトとしてない。
なので、この量でも食べれるんだろうね。
ネギのトッピングでなのか、味が濃いと言う意見もあるが、全くもって濃いとは思えない。
私自身は、カリカリ系が好きではあるが、コチラのお店がダメかと言われるとそうではない。
