三八系のふわっとしたお好み焼きで、軽く食べられて美味しいです。キャベツはその都度、機械で切っています。
麺は先に炒めてあるタイプですが、味もよくついててウマイです。「湯でた生麺を炒める店じゃないとダメだ」と思っていましたが、麺がかなり美味しいです。
ご夫婦とも感じが良いですが、サポートのご主人が温厚な感じで好きです。
