M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年秋にこちらで家を建築させて頂きました。とてもお忙しいようで打ち合わせはほとんどメール、工務店側からの提案もほとんどなく、頼んだことは忘れる、期日は守れないなどとても残念なことが多かったです。家の建築は期日に間に合わせて頂けましたが、雑な施工になっている箇所があり直して頂くことに…。家自体は気に入っていますが、とても残念な家作りとなりました。 I built a house here this fall. チ	チムチム on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約前はこちらがしたい事は全て出来ると答えてくれます。いざ契約してみると期日は守らない、遅刻、説明不足、言ったことは忘れる、返信は1回では来ないのでこちらからもう1度催促の連絡をする事がほとんどです。施工が始まれば出来ないと急に言い出す、素人でも分かるような初歩的なミスばかり。それに対しての言い訳はしますが説明、謝罪はありません。上の方がミスを隠そうとするので社員の方もそうなってしまっているようにお見受けしました。そちらのミスなのにその最工事のお金を請求してくる事もありました。料金に関してはしっかりと最初言われた値引きの事などをメモかラインに残しておかないと最終的な値引きのし忘れなどがとても多いので、こちらが気づかなければそのままになってしまいますので気をつけて下さい。本当に全てがルーズなのでこちらは毎日不安の日々でした。家は人生で1番の大きな買い物です。他の方の口コミにもありますが我々のような思いをする方がいなくなるようにお客様にもっと寄り添ってあげて欲しいです Before the contract, he will answer that you can do everything you want to do. Everything was really loose, so I was worried every day. Home is the biggest shopping in my life. There are reviews from other people, but I want our customers to be closer to us so that no one feels like us.
