5年前から住み始めていますが、こちらの中央展示場をはじめ、県内全ての展示場の空気感は集成材や軽量鉄骨を用いた家とは全く違います。
県産材を多く用いた家ということで、長野県民として凄く誇りを持てる家だと思います。
スタッフの方々の年齢は若いですが、フットワークが軽く、スムーズな打ち合わせが可能です。
アフターフォローは定期点検やオーナー向けの動画でのメンテナンス方法を公開、電話連絡での迅速な対応をしていただいています。
大きすぎず、小さすぎない企業だからこそ出来ることだと思います。台風19号で被害があったオーナーへの対応を迅速にされたと伺っています。
家だけではなく、スタッフの方々の空気感も最高だと思っています。
是非、県内9カ所にある展示場・モデルハウスに行き、『工房信州の家』を満喫してみて下さい。
 I am the owner of "Koubou Shinshu no Ie".
I have been living for 5 years, but the atmosphere of all the exhibition halls in the prefecture, including this central exhibition hall, is completely different from that of houses made of laminated wood and lightweight steel frames.
As a house that uses a lot of materials from the prefecture, I think it is a house that I can be very proud of as a citizen of Nagano prefecture.
The staff are young, but their footwork is light and smooth meetings are possible.
After-sales follow-up shows regular inspections and maintenance methods in videos for owners, and promptly responds by telephone.
I think it can only be done by a company that is neither too big nor too small. I heard that you were able to respond quickly to the owners who were damaged by Typhoon No. 19.
I think that not only the house but also the atmosphere of the staff is the best.
