I'm a town doctor in both good and bad ways. I am very helpful. However, this is for internal medicine. Pediatrics is one ★.
I rushed with my spitting daughter and waited for two and a half hours. I just said, "I wanted you to say that first." However, in the end of the complaint, I was given a medicine without consulting and threatened to say "I can go to another hospital now" Was.

Now I am in internal medicine (gastroenterology) and pediatrics. Therefore, parents and children can be examined together.
There seems to be a radiology department. Certainly there is an X-ray room, and it seems that echoes and endoscopes can be done.
Internal medicine is not so crowded, but pediatrics is very crowded. Especially in winter pediatrics, it was early if I could wait an hour for a medical examination. The past tense is because people don't see me if I have a fever within two weeks after corona, so even if everyone wants to see me, I can't see them and I'm rattling to go to another hospital. There are almost no patients because the only medical illnesses that children do not have a fever are diarrhea and vomiting. For the nose and throat, I go to otolaryngology.
In the past, a male doctor named Kiyofu Tachibana was doing internal medicine alone. Right now, two female doctors (Miki Tachibana and Maki Maki, the children of Kiyofu-sensei) are doing it. However, there are times when Dr. Kiyofu, who has become a grandpa, also sees a doctor. My son is also a doctor and seems to work at a general hospital on a daily basis, but he sees him once a week and once a month.
It used to be a clinic in a town like a single-family home, which made it feel good old, but recently it has been rebuilt and has become very clean. There is also a parking lot, and about 10 cars can now be parked.
It used to be an in-hospital prescription, but now it's an out-of-hospital prescription and the pharmacy is just a short walk away.
In the past, it seems that people on welfare were also seeing, but now it seems that they are not seeing outside the designated medical institution. I've seen a welfare person lamenting that he might be seen at the reception.
Internal medicine is quite normal. There is no excess or deficiency in the appearance, treatment, and hospitality. (I think it's quite difficult in medical treatment to have this excess or deficiency, so it's a compliment to me.)
Pediatrics is unique as a town doctor. First of all, it will be treated by intravenous drip. This is rarely seen in pediatrics in this area. Because the blood vessels are thin in children, it is difficult to pierce the needle, and even though it is crying and rampaging, it is treated by intravenous drip. It is appreciated by children who tend to become dehydrated due to fever and diarrhea. The drip takes time, but the TV makes it easy for children to finish. When there are many people, 3 to 4 people are infused like a field hospital. In addition, I am very grateful that even children who do not easily accept oral medicine will be given an intravenous drip.
After the examination, they will give you sweets (candy, ramune, etc.). If you don't need it, you can decline it. Children are happy every time. Perhaps children tend to dislike doctors because of vaccinations, so I think they are doing it to relieve it.
I also do inhalation, so there are also otolaryngological and respiratory treatments.
There was also a child with a developmental disability in the waiting room, so there may be something like an outpatient with a developmental disability.
If you have a serious illness, they will introduce you to a municipal hospital. I'm a member of the Urawa Medical Association, so I think it's a municipal hospital.
As mentioned above, there are only a few pediatrics departments, and since they are female doctors, it is easy for mothers to talk to them, and I think they are crowded because they offer unique treatments.
By the way, if it is extremely crowded and you do not want to wait so long, an internal medicine teacher may consult you if you wish to have an internal medicine. I think that internal medicine is sufficient for elementary school students and above.
The receptionist and the nurse are veterans who have been around for a long time. The reception is normal.
The minus points are that you can't make online reservations even though it's very crowded, and you can only do medical examinations and vaccinations on specific days. I think it's a shame that pediatrics can't make online reservations or accept online because the patients in internal medicine are mainly the elderly in the local area and have little affinity with the internet.

Visited the hospital with the first vaccination.
A gentle and beautiful teacher, a smiling and polite nurse, and the hospital was clean and comfortable while I was waiting, so I have nothing to say.
It was a short time, but thank you for your help. Thanks.

I had you postpone the same oral prescription as last time by 10 days due to the year-end and New Year holidays, but even if you postpone it by 10 days after leaving the examination room, it may be busy around that day, so make it a little longer. I was wondering if I could get it out, and when I asked the receptionist if I could get it out for a little longer before the checkout, I was told on the spot that I couldn't. At other clinics, they say, "I'll ask the teacher for a moment." ..
Isn't it possible to be a little more flexible? I was also worried that the receptionist was looking from above.
