何年か前に、浦和辺りの心療内科を探し、電話したところ、、、。
たかだか一般クリニックの事務員の分際で
「紹介状あるのか?」
→「ない?よく電話して来たな」
→「ない奴は、1ヶ月以上待ちだ」
→「ウチをドコだと思ってる?文句があるなら
他所へ行け。ココはお前みたいな輩の相手をする場所じゃない。」
事務員一つとってみても、もはやまともじゃない。
常軌を逸した電話対応に、寒気すら覚えました。
後日分かった事ですが、ここは県庁や裁判所から徒歩数分。
もしかすると、公務員御用達なのかもしれませんね。
目障りだから、ホームページ消してもらえないもんかね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診の予約電話をしたところ、週一で数年以上通わないといけない、診療は5分以内、これを必ず守れるかというように聞かれた。患者に寄り添うような姿勢では到底なく、金ズルを選別しているようにしか感じられなかった。
