思うところがあったので口コミ変更します。
店主が変わってから二回目の来訪です。
なんだか味が変わった？あんまり旨味が以前より感じられませんでした。油感も以前より増しています。
何より店主の愛想がないです。辛しラーメンを提供してるのにティッシュがない。聞くとコロナの影響で～と言っていたが、意味がわからん。出てくる鼻水や汗は手で拭けと？ラーメン食べてる時に咳き込んでしまったら手で塞げと？どう考えてもソッチのほうが不衛生でコロナ菌を撒き散らしそうな気がしますが…。。
味の劣化、接客の劣化、サービスの劣化と三拍子揃ってしまったのでもう行きません。好きなお店だっただけにとても残念です。

This is my second visit since the owner changed.
Did the taste change? I didn't feel much umami than before. The feeling of oil is also increasing than before.
Above all, there is no amiability of the shop owner. I serve spicy ramen but I don't have any tissue. When I heard it, I said that it was due to the influence of Corona, but I don't understand the meaning. Wipe the runny nose and sweat that come out with your hands? If you cough while eating ramen, do you want to close it with your hands? By all means, Socci is more unsanitary and seems to disperse coronaviruses ... ..
I'm not going anymore because the taste has deteriorated, the customer service has deteriorated, and the service has deteriorated. It's a shame because it was my favorite shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今では埼玉から撤退した、まる玉と同じ様なメニューのお店。濃厚な鶏塩白湯が美味しい。からしラーメンは美味しいですが慣れないと辛いかも。ティッシュペーパーとか置いてないのであるとありがたいですね。

鶏白湯の塩ラーメンが基本メニュー。からしを追加するとピリッとしたしまった味になり、おススメです。黄身がトロトロの味玉も、トッピングにおススメです。替え玉もできます。
カウンターがメインで、テーブルは4人席が1つあるだけなので、少人数での来店の方が良いと思います。

やや近くに3台のコインパーキングが有り、良ければイオンの駐車場も近いです。
中はカウンター約10席と、テーブル席ひとつ。
食券ではなく席でオーダーするタイプです。
メニューの1番始めに書かれてる塩ラーメンの、大でも中でも同じ金額ならば大で注文。
ものの2～3分で到着。
大？さほど大きさを感じませんが。
まずスープをひと口頂きますと。要は鶏白湯のさほど濃くない感じ。
それよりも一発目に感じたのは。しょっぱい！！しょっぱいです！！
麺は細ストレートで良く合ってる感じですが。
チャーシューがまた、良くこれだけ薄くと思える極薄切りで存在感なく。
非常に残念な1杯。

濃厚鶏白湯は、この10年で全国的に浸透したが、ハシリとなる時代の鶏白湯を味わえるのは南埼玉界隈では、もはやここだけかもしれないです。
場所が、地元の人じゃないと、なかなか訪れ辛いエリアなので、度々の訪問は難しいですが、また機会があれば行きたいです。
