★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに建物の技術力やクオリティは高いかもしれませんが、それはあくまでもヤマトお抱えの建築業者さんのレベルが高いだけで会社のしての管理体制や営業さんのレベルはかなり低いです。
こちらからアクションを起こさないと事は進んでいかないし、安心して任せられるという感じではありません。
あと家は綺麗に仕上がっていますが、基礎にバリがあったり、建物の周りにゴミや廃材が落ちているなど、あとは外構業者がなんとかするだろうという状態で引き渡されるので外構業者さんが大変苦労してらっしゃいました。
家自体は満足いく仕上がりになりが、それ以外のマイナス点が大きいため、この評価です。

その中でヤマト住建さんは高断熱･高気密はもちろんの事、良い営業担当さんに出会えたので決めました。
