★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕方前でガラガラなのに、寿司頼んで15分経っても出てこないとかヤバくない？
あと湯飲みの底にお茶の固まりがくっついててひいた。用紙に書いてオーダー出来るが、品切れなら注文した時に言って欲しい。こちらが注文が通ってるか尋ねるまで無駄に待つ事になった。
40分ほど居て2品しか食べれなかったのは、品切れの時間ロスも有りますが、持ち帰り客のを優先で作ってるから店内の客が待たされてるのもありそう。

①味は同価格帯の府中イオンの「しまなみ」、
市内に数店舗ある「すし辰」の方が格上。
②接客サービスも味に比例。再教育が必要。
他の投稿者さんと同様です。
気持ちよく食事が出来ない接客です。
残念な気持ちになります。
③衛生面は評価に値しない。
シャリに異物混入(人の毛髪)あり。
理由は握り担当が髪ボサボサなのに、
調理帽を被っていない為だと推測。
赤い法被の男性は店長？昼の責任者？
ただのバイトであってほしいが。。
それと、人毛混入の場合は謝罪が必要ですよ。
当日はごちそうさまでした。
お寿司は大好きですので、
今後改善されることを強く願います。

写真ではホタテの貝柱２貫と海苔で巻いてある貝ヒモみたいなお寿司の３貫の写真でした(430円)。
もうひとつホタテの貝柱２貫のもの(340円)もありましたが、貝ヒモのお寿司が気になって430円の３貫のものを注文しました。
ところが来たのは貝柱２貫しかありませんでした。340円のものと間違えたのかと思い店員さんを呼んだら、確認してきますと言われました。
他の人と相談したあと戻ってきて、430円の物で合ってると言われました。そして、その写真の貝ヒモの物が、お寿司と一緒に盛られていた申し訳程度の付け合わせの野菜に変わっているだけだと言われました。
でも写真を見ると写真の方にも付け合わせの野菜は乗っていました。どうみても貝ヒモのお寿司がないだけに見えます。
340円の貝柱２貫の物とも同じ物にみえます。(こちらは品質が違うのかも知れませんが)
本当にあり得ないです。
反論しようと思いましたが、その店員がアルバイトの若い人みたいでかわいそうだったので反論しませんでした。
あんな写真載せないでほしいです。
I ordered a live scallop.
In the photo, 2 pieces of scallop shells and 3 pieces of sushi like shellfish wrapped in seaweed were taken (430 yen).
There was another scallop with 2 scallops (340 yen), but I was curious about the sushi of the scallops and ordered 3 scallops for 430 yen.
However, there were only two shell pillars that came. I thought that I made a mistake with the one for 340 yen, and when I called the clerk, I was told to confirm it.
After consulting with other people, I came back and was told that the 430 yen item was suitable. And it was said that the shellfish string in the picture was just changed to the apologetic side dish that was served with the sushi.
But when I looked at the photo, the vegetables that came with it were also on the photo. It looks like there is no shellfish sushi.
It looks the same as the one with two shell pillars for 340 yen. (Although the quality may be different here)
It's really impossible.
I thought I would argue, but I didn't argue because the clerk looked like a young part-time worker and I felt sorry for him.
I don't want you to post such a photo.
