★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勤め先のマンションをこちらでお借りしてますが、今のところ全ての対応が良くありません。 以前、他の店舗は良い対応でしたので、こちらはいわゆる『はずれ』の店舗のようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が酷すぎる。あらかじめ条件を伝えているのに当日会ってから探し始める始末。対応もひどい。
会話中に電話がかかってきたら、何も言わずに出て5分近く話し始める。
条件を伝えても検索力が低すぎる。スーモなどで自分で調べた方が良い条件が出てきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越しに伴い数件不動産会社を回りましたが、ポイントを的確に抑えてもらい想像していた以上に素敵な物件をご紹介いただき、大変満足しました。クチコミ評価が悪いので心配はしましたが、担当女性スタッフはとても親切丁寧、対応スピードも他社の担当とは比較にならないほど素晴らしかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 転勤族ゆえ今まで何度も色々な地域の色々な不動産屋を利用してきたが、ここは断トツで対応が悪い。不動産屋でこんな塩対応をされたのは初めてでとても腹が立った！まだ審査結果も出ていないのに規約の読み合わせをされ(１時間程)、契約書のほとんどに記入を促される。結果審査がダメだった。普通それらは審査後に決定してからだと思うが…？その後は審査が確実に通るように条件を落とした物件の紹介をお願いするも、人をバカにしたような態度で一切紹介しない。もっとランクを落とした物件だって絶対にあるだろうに。返金もとにかく遅い！ここは時間を無駄にするだけなので絶対にオススメしない！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エイブルと言うと、イマイチ評価の低い不動産屋ですが、この新越谷店の営業マンの小出さんは、そんな悪い噂を払拭させるほどの、とても親切で、大変フットワークの良い優秀な営業マンです。私は今、この小出さんに物件さがしを依頼していますが、私の話に良く耳を傾け親身になって話を聞いてくれ物件探しをしてくれています。
この方に依頼しておけば、必ず希望に近い物件を探してくれる、そう思える優秀な営業マンです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてのお部屋探しでした。担当して頂いた営業の小出さんは繁忙期にも関わらず初回から毎回丁寧に対応して頂き、かなり厳しくこだわりの強い私の希望に添える物件を一緒に熱心に探して下さりました。不動産屋さんにお世話になるのも初めてで不動産に関する知識もなく不安だらけでしたが、私のどんなに小さな疑問やお願いにも嫌な顔ひとつせずにすぐに解決、対応してくれて小出さんの豊富な知識と仕事の早さ、何より信頼できるお人柄のお陰で安心してお部屋を探すことができました。契約に至るまでの流れや、契約の手続きも初めての経験で難しい内容の話もありましたが一つ一つ時間をかけて説明してくれて、こちらの理解状況を確認しながら進めて下さりました。また、逐一連絡を下さるので戸惑うこともなく、気にかけて頂き、大切にして頂いているのが実感できました。営業としてだけでなく、入居後のことに至るまで親身になって相談に乗って頂いて小出さんに担当して頂いて本当によかったです。何回か店舗にもお伺いしましたが他のスタッフさんから頂く対応も丁寧でこちらの店舗にお世話になって大正解でした！また機会があれば是非お世話になりたいです。本当にありがとうございました！
