同棲する部屋を借りに2人で行き、2人で住む部屋を探してるとも言いましたが、紹介された所は一人暮らし用でした。
それを聞かされておらず、そのまま2人で住むのに進められて、私達は契約しました。
審査を通す際、同棲と言うと審査が通りずらいから、1人だけの契約にしましょ！と言われ、
初めの部屋探しだったので、そのまま信じて契約してしまいました。
ですが、それは今思えば詐欺だと分かりました。
数ヶ月後、管理会社から連絡がありそこの家での同棲は禁止ですと言われました。
私達は理由を話しましたが、紙切れ1枚が全て正しいとなってしまいました。
ハウスウィンの人に電話をして確認したらそのような事は言った覚えありません。
同棲で探しに来た事に身に覚えが無いと言われました。
どんなに口頭で約束しても、書類で上手くやられた私達は勝ち目がなく、その他お金が発生してしまい最悪な目にあいました。
