ちょっと遅めになると奥の席に通されおかわりできますと言いつつ裏からまったく顔を出さないうえに呼んでも反応なし！どうやっておかわりを頼めばいいのですか？？
頭にきすぎて文句でも言ってやろうかと思ったが他に迷惑がかかるのでここで愚痴る！
こういう店でも店員はクソなんですね！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和幸さんが好きなので何度も訪問しています。女性の店員さんはいつも感じが良く、キャベツのお代わりもタイミング良く声掛けしてくださいます。
初めは緑茶、締めはほうじ茶も良いですね。
たった一度だけですが男性の店員さん（白衣と白帽を着た責任者の様な方）がホール案内されていて、私はずっと列に並んでいたのに「案内板に記入してない」との事で「後ろに並び直してください」と言われてすごく不快な対応をされました。申し訳なさそうでも無く、とても上から目線でびっくりしました。後ろに並んでたお客様もびっくりしておられ「先にどうぞ」と言ってくださいましたが、とても不快だったので帰りました。
お店は駅ビルの中にあり囲いが無く開放感あります。
普段は静かなのですが以前入ろうとした時、お店の隣のエレベーターホールで男女の学生が数人で騒いでおり煩かったのに注意もせず、お店もガラガラでした。営業妨害にもなるので迷わず注意した方が良いと思います。
