屋根の点検について構造また立地上点検出来ないにもかかわらず点検出来ている事にされています。点検当日に点検作業員が脚立や自撮棒のような道具は使用しておらず、身長170cmの私がベランダに高さ40cmの台に乗り手を伸ばしても屋根の写真を撮る事が出来ないにもかかわらず点検作業員は高身長なのでタブレットを使用して写真で点検しているなどと言い逃れをしています。このような対応では、アフターメンテナンス3つの安心として掲げている任せられる安心などありません。
このような回答をしている、千葉巡回課課長高橋良昌氏、伊藤智哉氏では話にならないのでポラスグループの重役を通じて高橋一郎社長に面会を求めましたが、この事実の隠蔽を指示している張本人は高橋一郎社長であり面会は無視されました。
ポラスグループの分譲住宅については問題なく優良物件であると思っているのでこのような対応は非常に残念です。
住宅品質保証株式会社の株主の皆様におかれましては、上記社員の解雇と腐った組織の再構築を望みます。
また、この件を相談しましたが全く取り合おうとせず事実確認すらしない営業担当の船橋営業所長の阿部力也氏とただの伝言係としての役割しか果たさず問題解決をしようとしない名ばかりのカスタマーの武藤氏も解雇を望みます。
