給湯器使えると言っておきながら、入居したら給湯器が壊れていてガスが使えなかった。リフォーム期間があり、契約から1週間すぎたからって謝罪もなしに対応しない。入居2日前から怪しくて当日やはり使えない。壊れていると。虚偽記載ではないでしょうか。自分たちは悪くないとのこと。直接話したくないとこちらの仲介担当者通して連絡してくるのも謎。
