★ ★ ★ ★ ★ きれいな器と盛りつけでお酒も美味しく大人の４人くらいの少グループでの会合には最適❗日本酒は高めだが他の飲み物は普通の居酒屋並みの価格です。
Sake is delicious with beautiful dishes and served, and it is perfect for meetings with small groups of about four adults. Sake is expensive but other drinks are at the same price as ordinary izakaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素敵な小料理屋さんです。ふぐの白子焼き美味しかった～1番安いコースでも大満足です。混んでるせいもあって飲み物が出てくるまで少し時間がかかったような感じでした。コースと別に頼んだメニューがデザートの後に出てきたのは残念でした･･･なので星3つかな！
It is a nice small dealer. Fukuoka's Shirako Grill was delicious ~ Even the first cheap course is satisfactory. It was a crowded feeling and it seemed like it took a while for drinks to come out. It was disappointing that the menu I asked for separately from the course came out after dessert ... so please have three stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 越谷にある飲み屋さん。お料理が美味しいので何度もこちらのお店には足を運んでいます。さまざまな食材を使っているので一概には言えないのですが料理工房だんさんは海鮮料理が美味しいお店なのかなと思っています。
店内はカウンター、テーブル、座敷の席などがあるので少人数から団体まで幅広く利用できると思います。
◆ だんの牛赤ワイン煮 ¥1530
だんさんでお肉が食べたいときに頼むメニューです。とろとろに煮込まれた牛肉は柔かくて噛むとホロホロ崩れるほど。赤ワインが染み込んでいるので牛肉の臭みもなく美味しくいただけます。
◆ げその肝焼 ¥530
これは日本酒が美味しく飲みたい時に頼んでしまうメニューです。席にガスコンロと鍋を持ってきてくれて目の前で火をかけて仕上げていきます。
イカの肝が焼けて焦げる匂いが堪らなく食欲をそそるんですよね。煮込まれて汁が少なくなってきたくらいが旨味が凝縮されて美味しいですね。プリプリのげそにたっぷり肝ソースをつけて食べるのが好きですね。
◆ カボチャのクリーミーサラダ ¥500
だんさんに来ると必ずといって良いほど食べるのがこのカボチャのクリーミーサラダです。ポテトサラダのかぼちゃ版といえばわかりやすいですかね。しかもクリームがたっぷり入っているので濃厚かつクリーミーでクセになる美味しさなんです。
◆ あん肝
酒のつまみにちょうど良いあん肝。1カットが大きめなのがまた嬉しいですね。ネギがたっぷりかかっていてお酢の酸味もピリッと効いていますね。
◆ お茶漬け ¥500
シメのご飯にいただいたのはお茶漬けです。全部で4種類あって焼きおにぎり、鮭、梅、明太子があります。迷ったのですが今回は鮭茶漬けにしてみました。お茶碗いっぱいにご飯が入っているのですがお茶漬けなのでこのボリュームでもサラサラッと喉を通ってしまいます。鮭の塩気とお茶の風味がさっぱりしていて良いですね。

This is the menu you ask when you want to eat meat with a dansan. The thickly stewed beef is so tender that it crumbles when chewed. Since it is soaked with red wine, you can enjoy it without the smell of beef.
◆ Geso liver grilled ¥ 530
This is the menu you ask when you want to drink sake deliciously. Bring a gas stove and a pot to your seat and heat it in front of you to finish it.
The smell of burning squid's liver is unbearable, and it's appetizing. The umami is condensed and delicious when it is simmered and the juice is reduced. I like to eat it with a generous amount of liver sauce.
◆ Pumpkin creamy salad ¥ 500
This pumpkin creamy salad is almost always eaten when you come to Dansan. Isn't it easy to understand the pumpkin version of potato salad? Moreover, because it contains plenty of cream, it is rich, creamy and addictive.
◆ Ankimo
Ankimo is just right for a snack of sake. I'm also happy that one cut is large. It has plenty of green onions and the acidity of vinegar is also effective.
◆ Ochazuke ¥ 500
I had Ochazuke for the rice. There are 4 types in total, including grilled rice balls, salmon, plums, and mentaiko. I was at a loss, but this time I tried salmon chazuke. There is a lot of rice in the bowl, but since it is ochazuke, even this volume will pass through your throat. The saltiness of the salmon and the flavor of the tea should be refreshing.
