★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1階は湿気が多いから2階以上の階に住みたいと伝えたところ、「誰からそんなこと聞いたの？」と納得いかない口調で不機嫌に言われました。ここの女社長にです。何十年も不動産業界で働いてきてそんな常識とも言えることを知らないなんて。”素人が何言ってんの”とか思ったんでしょうか？
1階に住んでいると羽毛布団、革製品等色々なものにカビが生えます。湿気取りなんてほとんど役に立ちません。こちらは経験済みですよ。
自分の無知を棚に上げてお客を悪者にする貴方はいったい何様ですか？
