昔ながらの味付けで 素直に美味しいって思えます
こんなお店が まだあるんですね～(o^^o)
最近は 濃い味付けでインパクト強めのお店が多い中、こちらは作り手の心が 素直にでる一本勝負みたいな✨
半チャーハンも優しい味付けで 半チャーハンとは言えない大目の量で満腹でした！
相方は半カツ丼食べてましたが これも美味しいと絶賛してました✨(o^^o)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシュー麺￥650を食べてきました、透き通るスープで薄そうに見えますが。実にしっかりとした味付けです
脂身のないチャーシューがしっとりほぐれてスープ同様美味です

麺の茹で加減も抜群でスープとの相性バッチリです。

店内は狭く薄暗く、キレイとは言えません?
テーブル席が3席のみで、4人掛けが2つ、3人掛けが1つです?
町の定食屋さんです?
麺は細ちぢれ麺で、スープはあっさりした塩ですかね？?
具は、チャーシュー6､7枚、メンマ、ネギがトッピングされています?
チャーシューは、自分好みの美味しいチャーシューでした?
ただ、麺がほぐれきってなくて一部が塊になってたのと、食べ終わり頃にスープの中に髪の毛が入っていました?
長さから言って、自分の髪では無いのは間違いありませんが、変な言い掛かりをつけるようで、嫌なので黙っていました☹️が、美味しい一杯だっただけに残念でした?

The pork was a delicious pork soup
However, the noodles were not loosened and some of them were clumped, and there was hair in the soup at the end of eating ?
There is no doubt that it is not my hair from the length, but it seems to give a strange clue, I was disgusting because I did not like it ☹️ was disappointing because it was a delicious cup ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのラーメン屋さんは、昭和時代にタイムスリップしたかのような、あの懐かしい田舎のラーメン屋さんのような味に出会う事が出来ます。
透き通った醤油ラーメンは、節系のスープの味がクチの中に入れた瞬間にガツンと感じました。
まさにこれだ‼️と思うスープです。
麺は若干の縮れ麺で、これもまた懐かしい感じがたまらなくて昭和のあの頃を懐かしむような味でした。
塩加減は、辛すぎず甘すぎず丁度良い塩加減で最後の一滴まで飲み干せるラーメンです。
ラーメンと半カツ丼やラーメンと半チャーハンのセットメニューが私個人的にはオススメだと思います。
次回またリピート確定店です⤴️

Salted ramen is a ramen that is not too spicy and not too sweet and can be drunk to the last drop with just the right amount of salt.
I personally recommend the ramen and half-katsudon and the ramen and half-fried rice set menu.
Next time it will be a repeat confirmed store ⤴️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧国道沿いに有り、見落として仕舞いそうです。ストレート麺、鶏チャーシューとメンマ で昔風のラーメン。駐車場は店の隣で酒屋さんと共同の様でした。席はカウンター無しでテーブル席のみで十人程度で一杯に成ります。
It is located along the old national highway and seems to be overlooked. Old-fashioned ramen with straight noodles, chicken char siu and menma. The parking lot was next to the store and seemed to be shared with a liquor store. There are no counters and only table seats, which can be filled with about 10 people.

あっさりスープでとても懐かしいお味。
すべて飲み干してしまいました！
昭和感漂う店内で雰囲気最高です。
お水はセルフですがミネラルウォーターサーバーからなので良いと思います。
大変ご丁寧な接客の店主さまで大変嬉しくなりました(^○^)
ラーメン500円とリーズナブルなのも◎
