★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7月頃に初めてクリニックを訪問したが、二度と行かないと思う。受付の方の対応はしっかりしていたが、クリニックの各部屋の天井が空いており、医師の雑談や他の患者への説明が丸聞こえで、プライバシーは守られていない。他の患者の会話を聞きとった限り、S井という医師の言葉使いや態度が特にひどかった (高圧的な物言いで患者にはタメ口)。少なくとも自分はこのような輩を信用して手術を任せられない。患者は悩みと不安を抱えて来訪しているわけで、もう少し客商売であることを自覚したほうがいい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友達から教えてもらったのがきっかけで、二重の手術を受けました。説明もわかりやすかったですし、電話越しの対応とかもすっごく丁寧で安心できました。
埋没法の手術を提案してもらったんですけど、不自然な感じも違和感もなく、きれいな二重にしてもらえたので満足です。

待ち時間がなくて毎回予約時間通りに診てもらえる、今の時期安心して通えるクリニック。以前通っていたクリニックは予約時間過ぎても平気で1時間も待たせるクリニックだったので、私には城本さんが合ってるし気に入っている！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 池袋界隈で3ヶ所カウンセリングに行き、城本クリニック池袋院さんで糸でできる鼻を高くする手術を受けました。
他の病院で、希望していない手術をそれも沢山提案され、見積金額も超高額であったことと、
おそらく受付？カウンセラー？医学知識ないであろう方からの提案は素直に聞き入れられませんでした。2件は同様。
クリニック探しをし直し、3件目に来たのが城本クリニックさんです。
入った時に出迎えてくれたスタッフさんの雰囲気も安心できるものでした。
ホームページに書かれてあったように、スタッフさんは全員看護師さんのようでした。
私からすると、それだけでも安心。
カウンセリングも、看護師さんとも先生ともしっかりと話して、十分納得できたのでこちらで後日手術を受ける事に決めました。
手術の日はとても緊張したのですが、先生や看護師さんの声がけで緊張が和らぎました。
手術中は、すごく心細かったのですが、声がけも勿論してくださり、手術中に看護師さんが肩をトントンとしてくれて、本当にありがとう！と思いました。
肝心の鼻の仕上がりも大満足です。
技術も対応もすごく満足しています。
こちらに決めて大正解でした。

施術中も痛くないようにお声かけをしてくださり、安心しました。
また他の箇所もお願いしたいです。

「とても順調ですよ」と優しい声かけがあり、
