どの時間に伺っても、お客さんは絶えず居るみたいです。
夏季限定の冷やしも大葉がアクセントになって美味しかったです!

他の伊藤系列にはないメニューがいろいろ。
味は文句なし。
A son's shop of the famous Niboshi soba shop "Ito".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉煮干しそばの大盛りを注文しました。
クセのないあっさりしたスープは、鶏と煮干しのブレンドで、季節に応じて煮干しの種類を使い分けて、えぐみや苦味が出ない様に工夫しているとか。
麺は中太ストレートでもっちり歯応えがあるが、個人的には、このあっさスープだと麺に絡みにくいと感じました。縮れ麺の方が好みです。途中で飽きてきて、胡椒などで味変をしました。
チャーシューはオーソドックスな豚バラ肉を煮たものです。厚切りながら柔らかいチャーシューでとても美味しいです。

Although the noodles have a chewy texture even with medium-thick straight, I personally felt that this soup soup does not easily get entangled in the noodles. I prefer curly noodles. I got tired on the way and changed the taste with pepper.
Char siu is boiled orthodox pork belly. It's thick and soft, and the pork is very delicious.

こちらのお店は駅から少し距離があるので立地的にはいまいちかな?
煮干しラーメン目当てでしたが、「初めての方はこちら」と書いてあった、背脂煮干し醤油そばをポチっと。
スープを飲みましたが、煮干しも背脂もガツンとこなくインパクトはなし。でも美味しい。確かに万人受けしそうなので初めての方はこちらだな。
麺は太麺。このスープなら細麺では?と思ったけど麺自体が旨いからOK。
具材のモヤシは不要でしたが、全体的にまとまったラーメンといった感じ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煮干し系はあまり行かないのですが、近所だったので訪問。店内は煮干しのかほりでちょいと厳しいですが、背油のヤツを食しました。これまたそんなに煮干しの主張し過ぎず私的には大変丁度良いスープでした。背油にも合いますね。
少ししょっぱいですが、美味しゅうございました。
他のメニューも気になるので、また行ったろ。
I don't go to Niboshi so much, but I visited because it was a neighborhood. The inside of the restaurant is a bit harsh with dried sardines, but I ate the back oil. This was also a very good soup for me without making too much insistence on dried sardines. It goes well with back oil.
It's a little salty, but it was delicious.
I'm curious about other menus, so I went there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バリカタの長浜ラーメンとかが好きな方は受入れられるかな?
麺がまんま小麦粉を食べてる感が強いストレート麺!ボソボソ感って言うのか、モチモチやツルツルと言う腰の有る麺質では無いですね。
スープは煮干しが効いたアッサリ系の醤油でした。(少しぬるめで出てきたのが残念。)アッサリ好き以外は背脂や濃厚煮干しラーメンの方が個性的で印象が良いかもしれませんね。
店内はシックだが煮干し臭強め!お洒落女子は受付けないかもね…
私自身、また行くかい?と問われれば再訪は残念だけど、無いかなぁ…

The inside of the store is chic, but the sardines have a strong odor! Fashionable girls may not be accepted ...

駐車場はありませんが、徒歩圏内にコインパ有り。
薄暗い店内はカウンター×7位…かな?
イタダキマシタのは小盛150g普通210g大盛300gの〈肉煮干しそば普通〉。
煮干しそば専門…の割には煮干しが弱いかな…。
好きな人には物足りないけど、苦手な人にはちょうどいい?
麺は中細麺ストレート。
チャーシューは美味しかったですが、やっぱり物足りない煮干し感…。
食券にスープ増しがあるのも珍しい。
店員サンもあんまり感じよくなかったし、個人的に再訪はしないかな…。

ふわりと香る煮干し。醤油は生醤油かな❔
清湯系のすっきり・さらさらスープ。
煮干しと醤油のどちらも主張してるが両方の良い所取りだね。
煮干しの苦味・エグさ・苦味は全く感じない。
麺は三河屋製麺
細麺で固茹で風のコリパツ系。
噛めば小麦と煮干しの香りが口いっぱいに広がる。麺量は210g。
豚チャーシューはバラでしっかりした弾力。
噛み応えありあり。
オイラはあまり好きじゃないなぁ…
オイラは一味唐辛子が旨かった❤️
