★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格的な北海道ラーメン。麺がモチモチでスープともよく合ってます。とても美味しいです。もやしがすげえ多い(市販の2袋分くらい)ので意外と低カロリーかも？
Full-fledged Hokkaido ramen. Noodles are rice cake and it goes well with soup. It is very tasty. It is surprisingly low calorie because sprouts are great (2 bags on the market).

久々に再訪しました。
改めて良いです。
おつまみチャーシューと、633でスタート。
ああ、これこれ！なんだろうこの旨さ。
餃子も包みたてで焼きたて。美味いに決まってます。
私好みの味ですね。
カスターの醤油は、寝かせてるねーってくらいの香りとコク。
これがまた餃子にはドンピシャ。
肉野菜炒めの旨味はなんだろう。さっぱりと中華の味で美味い。
締めのラーメンは、みそ。もやしたっぷり。
こちらにのってるチャーシュー&もやしでまた一杯。
こういうお店がいいんですよね！！
久々訪問を機に、ちょいちょい食べに行ってる私です。

美味しいです。
1品1品はそんな高くないけど、¥650と¥400で¥1050は高いかな!
味噌ラーメンはかなり美味しい!

少し早めに到着しましたが11:30ピッタリにシャッターが開きました。
店内はL字のカウンターで客席は7～8席。
カレーラーメンを注文。
醤油ラーメンにカレーライス用のルーをそのまま掛けただけの一杯。
でもこういうお店はこれで良いんです。
ジャガイモ、ニンジン、豚肉等の具材が煮崩れており粘度は高め。
辛さは意外にスパイシーな中辛程度。
カレーの下には一袋分の茹でモヤシが敷かれていてボリュームに貢献しつつも意外にヘルシーかも。
麺は北海道(というか札幌)ラーメンらしい麺肌黄色でウェーブの掛かった低加水の中太麺。
チャーシューは臭み無く肉厚で美味い。
近所の常連さんが開店と同時に酒を飲みに来ましたが緊急事態宣言中なので提供を断りつつも「ご飯だけでも食べる？」と女将さん。
半ライスとちょいかけカレー(サービス)で100円払って出ていく常連さん。
人情味に溢れる女将さんでした。

I ordered curry ramen.

Ingredients such as potatoes, carrots, and pork are simmered and the viscosity is high.
The spiciness is surprisingly spicy and medium spicy.
A bag of boiled bean sprouts is laid under the curry, which may be surprisingly healthy while contributing to volume.
The noodles are medium-thick noodles with low water content that are yellow and wavy, which is typical of Hokkaido (or Sapporo) ramen.
The char siu is thick and delicious without any odor.
A regular in the neighborhood came to drink alcohol at the same time as the store opened, but the proprietress said, "Do you want to eat just rice?"
A regular who pays 100 yen for half-rice and a little curry (service).
It was a landlady full of humanity.
