T	Toshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 背脂ラーメンで人気のお店です。市内に複数の店舗が有ります。テーブル席、座敷などが有ります。メニューを見て席で注文するシステムです。だるまやラーメンとチャーハンが人気の様です。だるまやラーメンは背脂の量を調整出来ます。中盛が無料です。今回、味噌ラーメンを頼んでみました。チャーシュー武蔵みたいな辛味噌も付いてます。溶かすと辛味が増しますが足りない方は卓上に粗挽き唐辛子が置いてありました。麺は中太麺でスープが絡み美味しいと思います。チャーハンは、半チャーハンですがしっとりタイプでリーズナブルに食べられますし、美味しかったです。 It is a popular shop for backfat ramen.
