★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで車検をお願いし、その際に車の引き取りをお願いしていましたが、当日約束の時間を一時間過ぎても音沙汰なし。電話を入れても出ない。再度電話を入れて確認すると、忘れていましたと言われました。もうこちらの店舗には二度と頼みません。
他店舗の対応は素晴らしかったので、これからは遠くても他店舗を利用します。
I asked for a car inspection here, and at that time I asked for my car to be picked up, but there was no sound even after one hour on the day. I don't answer when I put in the phone. I called again and checked, and I was told I had forgotten. I will never ask this store again.
The response at the other stores was great, so I will use the other stores even from afar.
