★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どのメーカーのディーラーでもそうなのですが誠実さが伝わらない人が窓口だと会社全体が嫌な感じになります。年齢部所に関係なく目付き態度に気を付けてほしいと思う。具体的な事例は敢えて出さないが、テメエにそんな態度取られる理由はねえし、客であり年長者でもある人間を何だと思ってヤンデェ！とぶちきれそうになった。おりゃあなGT38以来のSUZUKIユーザーでい、コノヤロウ❗ってな気分。

顧客情報の入力ミスを指摘しても直されません。見積書を出すたびに間違った情報で出てきます。
５月中旬納車と最初に言われましたが実際の納車は６月中旬。出てきた言い訳はGWで工場が稼働していなかった。そんなの最初から分かることだろうと。
ガソリン満タンでのお渡しと言ってたのに空っぽで納車。
下取り車の自動車税還付についてはまさかの分からないという返答。頭金払いに行った時にもまだ分からない。納車の時でも分からない。分かり次第連絡と言われ1ヶ月以上音沙汰なし。バカにされている気分です。
高い買い物なだけに本当に残念です。
