そこは とても感じが悪くて粗悪な対応で、気分が悪く アリーナ南店に伺いました。まるで違って親切、丁寧の言葉がピッタリのお店で、気分良く帰って来ました。

営業の方にいくつか質問させていただいたところ、社外品のパーツ装着車は入庫できないとのことで、MonsterSportsはもちろんSuzukiSportsもNGとのことで結構面食らいました。
（MonsterSportsに至っては名前も知らないとか。ホントに？）
ところが帰る間際、整備工場のほうに違和感を感じ二柱リフトで上がってたワゴンRを見たところなんとヘッドライトからポジション、フォグライトまでピンク色LEDの車が入庫しているじゃないですか・・・。
ダブスタはやめていただきたいものです。

I would like you to stop the double standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の修理ですぐ交換と言う提案はディーラーでは普通の事かもしれない。
でも修理費を出せない人だっている事を認識して欲しい。
古い車に乗ってるから大きな事を言えないが、今回はここを直すなり交換、調整してもし次に同じ症状が出たら最初の部品を交換という提案はして欲しい。
オートバックスではそれをしてくれた。
そういう客目線での提案は大事だと思う。臨機応変にしてくれたらありがたい。

But please be aware that some people can't afford repairs.
I can't say a big deal because I'm in an old car, but this time I'd like you to propose to replace the first part if the same symptom appears next time even if you fix it, replace it, or adjust it.
AUTOBACS did it for me.
I think it is important to make proposals from such a customer's perspective. I would be grateful if you could make it flexible.
