★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mosaic Garden is one of the best shopping / entertainment complexes in Kobe. It is spacious, quiet, and offers a stunning view of the harbor. There are numerous dining options, many great shops, a Ferris wheel, an Anpanman museum and even an arcade. Great location to enjoy a drink and relax with an old friend. Also highly recommended for couples and families with small children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. They were hosting some events there. View is wonderful. Atmosphere amazing. It seems you are in another country. Parking is free after 10 pm. If you go to Kobe you should see this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the Kobe harbourland area the place offers plenty of dining choices. If seafood is your thing you won't be disappointed. Vegetarians - sorry you need to look somewhere else. Not much of vegetarian on offer ( which is valid for all of Japan I think). The Concerto floating restaurant / boat is moored right upfront to the Mosaic Garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended, a good spot to just relax and chill out, many things to do, you can see the Kobe tower, ride the Ferris wheel, go to the Anpanman Museum, and a stroll along the harbor. Please visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best outdoor malls I have been too. Tons of great restaurants with indoor/outdoor seating. The outdoor patio is excellent with some of the best views of Kobe Tower, Merikan Park, and the Harbor. Perhaps the best views in Kobe at night. Great place to eat or grab cup of coffee. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Kobe.
