★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高い割にそんな旨くないし、量も少ない。
おまけに店主かしらんけど態度悪いし、まぁ星1もつけたくないかな。
 It is not so good for the high price, and the amount is small.
I guess it's a shopkeeper, but I don't like the attitude, and I don't want to have a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京を皮切りに日本中の 割烹料理店で修行された 板前さんと かわいらしい奥様 それと板さんおお母さん 3人で営む 山の中の小さな飲食店 と思いきや 苗場でこの食材と 目を疑いたくなるほど 新鮮でおいしい物を駆使して 出される 握り寿司 トンしゃぶ ラーメン 特に 板さんがいつも手作りしている 厚焼き卵 どれも 見た目も 味も最高です。
板さんが営む 苗場で人気のプチホテルと 昼は１階のスペースで 飲食店 の掛け持ち お疲れの時もあると思いますが こんなご時世 コロナなんかに負けずに いつまでも 続いてほしい 素敵なお店です。
私も 微力ながら そちらに伺った時は 必ず立ち寄りたいと 思っています。
Itamae-san, a cute wife, and Itamae-san's mother, who trained at cooking restaurants all over Japan starting from Tokyo, are a small restaurant in the mountains run by three people. Nigiri sushi, Tonshabu ramen, which is served by making full use of delicious foods, especially the thick roasted eggs that Mr. Itamae always handcrafts, all look and taste the best.
It's a popular petite hotel in Naeba, which is run by Mr. Ita, and a restaurant on the first floor in the daytime. I think there are times when you're tired, but it's a wonderful shop that I want you to continue forever without losing to Corona.
I also want to stop by whenever I visit there, albeit with a little effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紅葉を見に苗場に来ました。
多くの飲食店がお休みの中、営業をしていたのでランチをいただきました。
お昼のメニューは定食とラーメン、海鮮丼などがメインです。
今日の日替りランチは豚しゃぶとお刺身でしたので頼みました。
このお店は、夜は寿司屋さんのようなので、お刺身はランチのレベルを超えるおいしさ！
味噌汁もよく出汁がとれていて美味しかったです。
豚しゃぶも美味しい。
ライスはもちろん魚沼産なので間違いなし^_^
駐車場は二軒隣に充分な広さであります。
I came to Naeba to see the autumn leaves.
Many restaurants were open during the holidays, so I had lunch.
The lunch menu is mainly set meals, ramen, and seafood bowls.
Today's daily lunch was pork shabu-shabu and sashimi, so I ordered it.
This shop is like a sushi restaurant at night, so the sashimi is more delicious than lunch!
The miso soup was also delicious because the soup stock was well taken.
Pork shabu-shabu is also delicious.
Of course the rice is from Uonuma so there is no doubt ^ _ ^
The parking lot is large enough next to the two houses.
